Customer Experience & Training Lead

This is only the beginning; we have great ambitions for this joint venture and need a strong Customer Experience & Training Lead with the right energy, drive and passion to take AA Home to the next level.

As a skilled Customer Experience & Training Lead, you will have developed and delivered product specific training programmes that positively impacted operational performance.

Your primary role will be to design and develop new training material and deliver training while also handling customer feedback and resolving complaints. You will also work with the Product Manager on new product launches.

This is a hands on position as part of a new team, offering fantastic opportunities to contribute to the success of both AA Home and the wider AA group.

To be successful in this role you will have the following functional and technical competencies:

  • Work with various stakeholders to design and develop new training material and deliver training where relevant to ensure AA team members are dealing with customers in accordance with agreed customer service standards and processes for AA Home.
  • Be the first port of call for customer feedback, resolving complaints where possible within prescribed time frames, updating and adjusting relevant training as a result of feedback.
  • Work with the Product Manager on new product launches including scoping training requirements and execution
  • Support with Service Delivery Expansion in line with AA Home's business and strategic plan.
