Part time opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our friendly Customer Contact Centre
Our Customer Contact Centre is the core of many of AA services, responding to a variety of calls. The Customer Contact team is both helpful and honest; they are trusted in maintaining memberships and answering a multitude of queries.
We currently have a part time opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative working 36 hours per fortnight in our Customer Contact Centre (CCC) based in Penrose.
As a part of our 2017 CRM Contact Centre award-winning team you will represent AA membership; exciting members by involving them in our many benefits, and caring for personal accounts with integrity.
You need to be a people person and a natural communicator; your efforts will not only reward you but will genuinely help others who are in need of professional, friendly and efficient service. You will be highly motivated with drive and energy.
As a supportive and actively involved team player you will contribute ideas to continually improve our customer experience.
