Customer Service Representative - Motoring Services


Our goal in AA Motoring Services is that Members and customers will come to the AA as their first choice for all their vehicle service needs and advice.

We currently have a full time opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative based in the Auckland CBD, working 80 hours per fortnight from Monday to Friday on a roster between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be involved in a variety of tasks, most importantly liaising with customers by phone to coordinate and monitor vehicle inspection bookings.

You need to be a people person and a natural communicator who thrives on providing a professional, friendly and efficient customer service experience.

You will have the following:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to learn quickly with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Be able to multitask with ease
  • Be confident dealing with ongoing challenges and change
  • Be proactive and self-motivated
  • Be a team player
  • The ability to relate to a diverse range of people
  • Have a can do, will do attitude
