Digital Performance Specialist

As a key member of the AA Life & AA Health marketing team, you'll work alongside a wide range of AA business units and media agencies to plan, monitor and optimise our digital marketing channels and website to drive results.

We'll give you the chance to develop your expertise by:

  • Developing and managing the website and digital channel CRO framework across our insurance products
  • Utilising the Google 360 suite of products to monitor results and drive performance
  • Interrogating performance and honing insights skills to answer the age-old question: 'So what?'
  • Instilling a testing culture across the team and wider stakeholders

You need to bring:

  • Your highly numerate mind, with a thorough understanding of channel metrics
  • A results-driven approach, with sound experience in reporting and insights
  • Your proactive, collaborative nature and problem-solving attitude
  • Strong knowledge of the Google suite of products including website analytics
  • Your passion for test and learn
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • 4-6 years' experience in relevant disciplines, with a sound understanding of digital channels and marketing tactics

You will also have a strong knowledge of segmentation, as well as an understanding of the end to end campaign process.
