Membership Operations Manager

The role

You will have the opportunity to take an important function of the AA to the next level, work alongside a wide range of AA's business units to transform Membership and Brand into a centre for customer excellence. Yes you will have the opportunity to make real impact and a difference!

You will manage a small team, leading by example. You will be working on process improvement, automation where possible and offering a hands on approach to delivering day to day activities.

We'll give you the chance to develop your expertise by:

  • Working in a complex organisational structure where you will work with a diverse stakeholder group
  • Driving a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience with a diverse product line.
  • Developing product, supporting marketing campaigns and proposition enhancements
  • Gaining key customer insights through email and social media communications
  • Being the subject matter expert for AA's core product
  • Taking ownership for product, training, systems and process support

You will need to have:

  • Strong attention to detail when it comes to financial information and data
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to working on multiple projects and be well organised.
  • A hands on approach, ¬†working with the team to deliver business needs
  • 2 years' experience managing a diverse team
