We are looking for an experienced leader to manage our Mobile Vehicle Inspection staff across 2 busy regions, Auckland and Hamilton. You will be a commercially astute individual who knows how to run a successful business operation, providing great leadership, support and training within your remit. With a solid background in automotive engineering you will know the industry well.

Compliance, Health and Safety and using complex systems will not be new to you. This role will offer up variety of challenges, one of which will be managing people performance and customer satisfaction. You will be able to manage key stakeholders; build great relationships, all while offering direction to remotely located teams. This is where your previous experience in a self-managed position will assist you with the day to day operational activities of the business.

Ideally you will have 4-6+ years of experience within a commercial automotive background. You will have a relevant qualification or tertiary degree.

More importantly you will have a proactive and must do attitude and know the critical importance of leading by example.
