Northern Franchise & ALR Relationship Manager - Motoring Services

AA Motoring Services is looking for a commercially savvy relationship manager to grow and manage our franchise and partnership opportunities. This is a great opportunity for an individual who truly believes in creating and fostering relationships.

It's not often that you will have an opportunity to work with senior leaders both internally and with senior executive roles across our franchise sites, and we have 37. The aim is to grow this channel with organic same store growth and develop the network by working closely with our Business Development Manager and General Manager Motoring Services.

You will be the master of your own destiny as you create a personal brand in the market place opening the doors for other opportunities within our network. You will be representing the AA brand in a targeted territory, taking ownership, being proactive and solution focused.

In order for you to be successful in this role you must have:

  • 4-5 years' B2B commercial relationship management experience
  • Strong communication and credibility; able to hold your own with all levels of management
  • Strong written communication where you will be able to research and present solid business cases
  • Automotive/Fleet industry experience and with well-developed connections
  • The ability to negotiate, influence and make credible recommendations
  • Experience with contracts and working through terms and conditions
