We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager, to manage our growing operations across our franchised and company owned AA Auto Centres.   

We are looking for someone who has the ability to build strong relationships and apply their leadership skills across a range of franchised business structures.

You will have proven automotive operations management and can demonstrate the ability to build successful, long term business relationships.

This role will involve coaching and developing four of our company owned site managers; with responsibility for delivering a high level of sales and service performance. 

You will work with both franchise owners and company managers to ensure the quality of our service and processes, brand, compliance, and contractual requirements are met.

Work will include conducting regular visits with all sites, analysing performance, identifying opportunities and turning these into agreed plans to continuously improve the business.

An important part of this role is to ensure that we are leading the industry with best practice with following regulatory guidelines and processes .

As a people leader you naturally will build a great rapport with your all your key stakeholders and employee network. 

To be successful you will have:

  • Workshop Service management experience
  • Strong analytical, reporting skills and commercial acumen
  • Proven experience in people management, leadership and strong interpersonal skills
  • Great organisational, planning skills and ability to balance priorities
  • Experience improving and optimising systems and processes
