Operations Support Administrator - Membership & Brand

The AA Membership Administration team is looking for a versatile team player.  A confident written and verbal communicator, you are genuinely passionate about providing exceptional customer service.  Systems savvy, you're an experienced administrator with an eye for detail.  You are comfortable adhering to policy and processes, but you're not afraid to contribute ideas to continually improve our systems and Member experience.

We have over 1.7 million Members and 110 years of history. We're a Club, which means we exist for our Members. More accurately, we exist to deliver our Members not only our iconic roadside assistance, but value with a whole range of exclusive benefits and services.

Based out of head office in the city, we're a small, supportive team who know what we do matters - and we need one more!

In this role you will become an expert in AA Membership products, processes and systems so you can:

  • Provide exceptional service to our Members enquiring though our online and social media channels
  • Support AA staff across a number of Divisions through our Staff Helpline
  • Complete a range of administration tasks including processing payment transactions, investigating payment exceptions and maintaining our Membership databases
  • Share your expertise through maintenance of our training modules
  • Be part of special projects to continuously improve Member experience and develop our processes and systems

 Proven communication, service and administration skills will see you stand out above the rest.  The opportunities here at the AA are endless for the right person.
