Operations Support Specialist


We are after an Operations Support Specialist to be the bridge between the AA Retail Centres and key product stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of product solutions and services. Based in the CBD, our small and friendly Operational Team is currently seeking a full time Operations Support Specialist who will drive customer experience and support the ability of the Centre Network to deliver agreed performance results.

We have 37 centres across New Zealand with over 70 different products and services. You will support in the design and management of the Operational Framework for the Centre Network, this will encompass end-to-end business processes, risk management, customer feedback and knowledge management systems, productivity modelling, reporting.    

We want you to bring a fresh and dynamic approach to leading outstanding, empathetic customer interactions; creating a robust framework in the process.

To be successful you will have experience with:

  • Operations administration support
  • Stakeholder management
  • Strong administration and customer service skills

This role will support the National Sales and Operations Manager to deliver practical service expertise and enhanced customer process to support our front-line customer sales and service people.
