Outbound Team Leader – Member Care


The AA Membership team is looking for a team leader to support our small outbound calling team while meeting and exceeding your own targets.

A confident communicator, you are genuinely passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You're systems savvy with an eye for detail. You might already be a team leader, or you're a senior customer service representative looking to take the next step. Either way, you thrive on leading people to achieve their best.

We have over 1.7 million Members and 110 years of history. We're a Club, which means we exist for our Members. More accurately, we exist to deliver our Members not only our iconic roadside assistance, but value with a whole range of exclusive benefits and services.

Based out of head office in the city, we're a small, supportive team. We know what we do matters - and we need one more!

In this role you will become an expert in AA Membership products & and systems, and apply your leadership skills so you can:

  • Provide exceptional service to our Members
  • Actively encourage lapsed Members to renew their AA Memberships by promoting the AA's wide range of products and services through outbound calling
  • Meet and exceed your own monthly calling and retention targets
  • Motivate team performance and output through effective measurement, monitoring, reporting, coaching, structured feedback and review, incentives, reward and recognition
  • Assist with recruitment, training and development of staff
  • Coordinate our outbound retention program
  • Be part of special projects to continuously improve Member experience and develop our processes and systems

Proven communication, service & sales and leadership skills in a call centre environment will see you stand out above the rest. The opportunities here at the AA are endless for the right person.
