Relationship Manager

The AA is looking for commercially savvy account or relationship manager to leverage our partnership opportunities. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, high energy individual who truly believes in creating and fostering relationships.  This role will work across the insurance industry.

You will be the master of your own destiny as you create a personal brand in the market place opening the doors for new partnership opportunities, leveraging current relationships and joining the dots to help our business operate more effectively with efficiency. You will be a key member of the team representing the AA Life and Health brand, taking ownership, being proactive and solution focused.

In order for you to be successful in this role you must have:

  • 3-4 years' commercial relationship management experience
  • Strong communication skills to be able to hold your own with senior management and present effectively to external stakeholders
  • Industry experience (Banking or Insurance) and strong networks
  • The ability to negotiate, influence and make strong recommendations
  • Some operational background will be optimal
