Team Leader - Motoring Services Call Centre


Our goal in AA Motoring is that Members and customers will come to the AA as their first choice for all their vehicle service needs and advice.

Based in Auckland City CBD the Motoring Services division is looking for a Team Leader to manage a small team of dedicated Customer Service Representatives  in the Motoring Services National Call Centre. 

In this busy and demanding role you will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers quality customer service to our Members and customers by providing them with effective coaching, development and performance support.  This is a key role within Motoring Services, and your ability to be hands on including assisting the team with incoming call volumes as required and responsible for the effective day to day coordination and running of the team will be paramount. 

You will have exceptional relationship skills, proven experience in leading and motivating a team, ideally within a call centre environment. Your ability to multitask and the confidence to deal with ongoing challenges and change will ensure your success in this role.  Time management and a natural flair for organising yours and others workloads will see you lead your team to success.
