We are seeking a highly organised and motivated self-starter to join our successful Bids and Proposals team to lead and secure new business opportunities.
The Bid Manager will support the sales process in relation to major opportunities and proposals across the New Zealand business. You will be working withmultiple stakeholdersin a variety of locations, to ensure that the Winning Work principles and activities are followed, and actively promote best practice bid activities throughout the business.
You will have full ownership of the end to end bid process - driving the pursuits, leading bid strategy to produce client centric winning proposals, co-ordinating the delivery of submissions plus coaching and supporting of presentations.
This is a fundamental role within a high performing, client focussed team that enjoy a strong reputation across the business. Your assertiveness and influencing skills will ensure your success working with our internal clients in a fun and fast paced environment.
