Personal Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Summary

The Role

We have a unique part-time opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive Personal Assistant to provide outstanding direct administrative and business support to our Group Director of our Buildings + Places business.

Success in this role will be achieved principally by managing time effectively and the time of our Group Director to ensure that the important tasks are prioritised and there is still some time for fun! This position will see you providing a high level of administrative support such as, facilitating meetings, diary management, travel bookings and arranging internal and external events with employees, clients and stakeholders across Australia and NZ. Naturally, you will be required to develop a good understanding of what is important to our Group Director and the business i.e. you may have to be a mind reader at times!

Minimum Requirements

About You

You will take pride in your commitment to providing a professional approach, whilst maintaining the ability to enjoy working in a fun and social environment. You will relish your role as a key liaison and confidante, always staying one step ahead.

  • 5+ years’ experience providing high level administrative support at senior level

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, close-knit environment

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent diary management skills

  • Pragmatic and common-sense approach to complex situations

  • Extremely organised and efficient

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration

  • Engineering / construction experience
