The Role

Our award winning Cost Management practice provides proactive cost consulting services to clients in the public and private sector throughout New Zealand. Due to a number of projects set to commence, we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our talented team.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Provision of cost estimates

  • Cost advice at all stages of the design process and during projects

  • Post-contract cost management services

  • Delivering excellent service to clients in all aspects of a project life cycle

Minimum Requirements

We are seeking an intermediate level PQS with a solid background in consulting who shares our passion for delivering high quality consulting services to clients.

You will be a natural team player who is able to demonstrate:

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager

  • Experience gained in the New Zealand Consulting Market is essential

  • Cost planning, and contract administration

  • Highly driven and client focused

  • Proficient with computer based quantity surveying and cost management software

  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
