About the role
Working as part of an established team of agile coaches, the Agile Coach will influence and the adoption of agile and new ways of working across ANZ. You will work with leaders, teams, and practitioners to improve delivery outcomes and increase customer focus. A typical day for an Agile Coach could include:

  • Coach teams and leaders on the mind-set change necessary to improve organisational agility.
  • Increase the adoption and maturity of industry recognised agile frameworks, processes, and techniques.
  • Help resolve team and organisational level impediments through supportive leadership, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Motivate teams, encourage team success, and continuous improvement mind-set.
  • Assist with the coaching of newly created teams from start-up to maturity in Scrum, Scrum Nexus, Kanban, and associated Agile frameworks or techniques.

About you
You will bring practitioner experience and knowledge, plus coaching experience with leaders and practitioner teams.
If you have experience in industry recognised agile frameworks, processes, and techniques; as well as experience leading teams – then we would like to hear from you!
Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience as a technology practitioner.
  • Experience in industry recognised agile frameworks, processes, and techniques.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams/others.
  • Practical hands-on product development experience.
  • A sound understanding of modern software development technologies and techniques.
  • Proven experience in industry recognised Agile frameworks as a practitioner, facilitator and coach.
  • 2+ years' experience developing team capability and improving delivery performance.
  • Experience dealing with others at various levels of the organization (from practitioner to leadership) with a capability uplift focus.
