Assistant Manager, Business Banking

About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Work with a Senior Business Banking Manager to build productive customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction   
  • Proactively provide solutions for customers in response to identified needs   
  • Collaboratively develop an effective working relationship with an on-site Business Banking Manager and a wider Regional team to achieve customer and financial goals
  • Ensure Bank’s compliance and audit requirements are met by following operational procedures
  • Be part of a hardworking, focused, driven, and friendly team

Role location: Taupo
Role Type: 12-month fixed-term opportunity
 
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Proven years of experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of bank policy, procedures, and systems
  • Excellent background in developing strong relationships in a customer delivery role
  • Ability to work as part of a team
