Bi-Lingual Customer Service Consultant, New Zealand Contact Centre
About The Role
Joining our inbound service team as a bi-lingual Service Consultant within the contact centre, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers over the phone. You will speak to approximately 50% mandarin speaking customers and 50% English speaking customers. We are a lively bunch and strive to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. You will be supported with an initial (fully paid) 8 week training course and ongoing coaching to help you develop and hone all of the skills you will need to be successful.
