About the role:
As the Capability & Communications Manager, Commercial & Agri (C&A), you will have the opportunity to support C&A's delivery of business strategy by providing effective and timely communication planning and capability development.
 
By partnering with business stakeholders, this role will design and implement capability and /or communication initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects including planning, implementation, content development, stakeholder management, evaluation of impact and liaising with specialist resources across ANZ. 
 
This role is also responsible for enhancing the conduct and culture across C&A.
 
Outcomes are to be achieved by demonstrating the ANZ values and contributing to a customer-centric culture, fostering collaboration across teams.  
 
 
Location: Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch
Role Type: Fixed Term opportunity until March 2020
 
 
About you:
To be successful in this role you will ideally bring the following: 

  • Strong planning & consulting skills with demonstrated ability to deliver
  • Internal communications and/or capability development experience and an understanding of learning principles is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to drive behaviour change in the business via good communication & capability development
  • A growth mindset, flexibility and responsiveness under pressure
