Role Location: Auckland or Wellington
Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Standard business with plenty of scope for flexible working.

About You.

To fit well with the team, we are looking for an experienced change professional with a good overall understanding of banking products, processes and procedures along with an analytical mind and the ability to effectively assess and challenge the status quo. We’d like someone who can think “outside the box” and work with people at all levels to formulate and implement solutions. We have a pretty busy schedule ahead – so if you have good project management experience (it doesn’t have to be a formal qualification!) and great influencing skills you could bring with you that would be welcomed too!

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Strong change and/or project management experience and understanding of the impact of change on operational teams and customer experience
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, all levels of employees and management
  • The ability to manage complexity, display adaptability to people and situations in times of uncertainty and able to manage competing priorities
  • The ability to identify risks and impacts as well as possible solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong focus on the customer outcomes and experience
  • Occasionally that role has had to manage a temporary team to meet project deadlines, therefore some previous experience in people management would be beneficial
