About The Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be responsible for retaining existing life insurance customers through proactive and reactive customer contact
  • Identify trends in issues that may affect customer satisfaction levels
  • Develop effective relationships with key internal contacts
  • Contribute and participate within the team to improve retention processes and capabilities
  • Be based in the contact centre and provide support to the inbound team if required
  • Be mentored by your Contact Centre Manager

Role Location: Takapuna, Auckland
Role Type: Full-time opportunity
Shift: Monday to Friday

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Proven sales ability
  • Previous contact centre experience
  • Experience in retention
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport and influence others
  • Proficient in multi-tasking with several databases
