Customer Services Officer

About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Identify and refer sales opportunities by building customer rapport
  • Ensure all services delivered comply with UDC / ANZ Group governance requirements, policies, processes and standards
  • Maintain superior customer satisfaction by proactively building customer relationships
  • Be mentored by your Customer Services Team Leader

Role Location – Newmarket, Auckland
Role Type – Multiple opportunities
Shift - Monday to Friday; 9:00am-5:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm
