Customer Services Officer

About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Identify and refer sales opportunities by building customer rapport
  • Ensure all services delivered comply with UDC / ANZ Group governance requirements, policies, processes and standards
  • Maintain superior customer satisfaction by proactively building customer relationships
  • Be mentored by your Customer Services Team Leader

Role Location: Albert Street, Auckland
Role Type: Permanent, full-time opportunity
Shift: Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:30pm)

  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Good organizational skills and planning ability
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Superior customer service ethic
