About The Role

As an Employee Experience Team Leader, you will focus on providing coaching, service improvements, technical mentoring and people leadership.  You will have the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.  

 
In this role, you would need to:

  • Embed NWOW culture of learning, empowerment, rapid experimentation, adaptability and collaboration
  • Work with People Managers and Technical leads in your Area to build and develop the Technical expertise and capability you need to deliver and to drive innovation
  • Provide junior staff with coaching and training
  • Operate as a technical or operational mentor
  • Drive the team’s KPIs as set by Tech Area Leadership, to deliver the Tech Area’s strategy
  • Proactively manage process and service improvements.
  • Assist People management of location based staff
  • Manage day-to-day operational functions and reporting for the service area
  • Assist in delivery of squads, and projects.

Role Location: Christchurch CBD

Role Type: Permanent
 
About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in day to day operational management         
  • A background in delivering service improvements
  • Experience with reporting tools and deriving key insights
  • Leadership experience, however this is not essential to the role – what you will have is passion and energy to lead a team   
  • You will have a natural affinity for networking and building strong relationships
  • It is essential that you are passionate about supporting and collaborating, to gain the best out of your direct reports
