Executive Assistant

About The Role
As Executive Assistant, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Corporate Affairs, NZ & Pacific
  • Own and manage a variety of projects
  • Manage a busy diary and organise local and international travel
  • Produce correspondence, presentations and reporting of a confidential nature
  • Work with and act as a liaison between local and global internal and external stakeholders

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Extensive experience in providing support at senior levels of an organisation
  • An understanding and appreciation of working in a confidential environment is essential
  • Experience in the field of corporate affairs & communications, local and central government, news media, NGOs or related area is advantageous
  • Proven results working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise conflicting issues in a professional manner  
  • Proven ability to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be proactive by taking action and be persistent in addressing issues
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
  • A positive attitude with a growth mindset
