Feature Lead - Home Owners

About the role:

As a Feature Lead in the Home Owners Tribe you will have the opportunity to;

  • Focus on delivering identified projects and initiatives impacting Home Owners in conjunction with business stakeholders and digital delivery squads
  • You’ll be relentlessly focused on continuously improving customer and staff outcomes, supporting the delivery of value at pace through your decision making
  • Synthesise multiple sources of information to make sound decisions keeping the customers at the heart of all decisions
  • Support a compelling and challenging roadmap , sharing this with stakeholders, and uniting the teams to deliver
  • Ensure the backlog of opportunities and tasks are broken down into relevant increments and prioritised for practical delivery
  • Ensure customer and staff processes are simplified and strengthened
  • Embed culture of learning, empowerment, rapid experimentation, adaptability and collaboration in conjunction with people from all around the business.
  • Operational risk is incorporated into everyday decision making and understood at the feature level

Location: Auckland

Role Type: 12 month Fixed Term

 
About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring the following:

  • Previous Banking and/or Lending industry knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated Change management experience or proven change management mindset showing resilience and ability to implement change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence with communicating and influencing cross functional teams
  • Proven track record of working on Digital transformation initiatives or be able to demonstrate previous significant value add
  • Strong Business Analysis skills and experience and demonstrated Digital Knowledge
  • Willingness to take the lead on initiatives and drive successful outcomes

We want our customers to have the option to choose how, when and where they do their banking.  So, we work on making our digital and the staff-assisted channels work together in an intuitive, efficient and integrated way.
