First Line - Service Desk Analyst

About The Role
Your key aim will be to provide a brilliant end user experience through multiple communication channels, ensuring that we are meeting the needs of our staff for Technology support.

In this role, you will:

  • Primarily provide face to face incident and work request management support at our “Tech Bar” for our ANZ staff
  • This role will be dual skilled to fulfil service desk/support services incidents and requests
  • The customer is at the forefront of your interactions; you will be empathic, approachable and determined to resolve their technology requests with pace
  • Collectively you will contribute to customer engagement and advocacy of the Tech Bar and Support Services.

Role Location: Wellington
Role Type: Multiple permanent, full-time opportunities available

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Graduate in Information Technology OR;
  • Have entry level experience in desktop support/end user support OR;
  • Customer service experience with a deep passion for Technology
  • Positive can do attitude and an excellent communicator; written, verbal and visual
  • You must be customer centric with a strong desire to achieve the right outcome for your customers
  • Experience in PC, LAN and networks topology is advantageous
