Operational Communications Manager

About the Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Plan, manage and deliver clear and effective internal communications across a range of channels for frontline staff
  • Proactively manage your timing and capacity, responding within agreed SLA’s and ensuring effective support for communications planning
  • Offer guidance and recommendations to key stakeholders on best communication practices
  • Contribute to ensuring that all resources are used in a cost effective and efficient manner, and within agreed events budget
  • Participate in, and contribute to, functions and projects designed for process improvements
  • Ensure that all communications and events are managed within Brand guidelines

Role Location: Auckland
Role Type: Permanent, full time

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Proven experience in financial services industry preferably with frontline banker experience
  • Strong influencing and networking skills, with an ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to tailor the tone and style of communication to meet the needs of the audience
  • Exemplary time management and planning skills
  • Degree in business, finance, marketing or communications
