About The Roles
We have several fantastic opportunities available in our Australian Customer Contact Centre. Step into the world of banking with ANZ, as a member of our Overnight Solutions team!

In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Complete an exceptional 14 week training program which sets you up for opportunities throughout the wider bank
  • Identify and resolve complex customers’ requests as first and last point of contact
  • Provide a welcoming, friendly and informative style of customer service
  • Coach customers on ANZ Australia’s vast range of products and services
  • Educate and refer customers to the relevant product portfolios
  • Work alongside a close-knit, energetic team with a focus on achieving and workplace engagement

Role Location: Tory Street Campus, Wellington
Role Type: Permanent full time (rostered)
Hours and shift type: A start window between 9:00pm - 11:00pm. Weekend days may be required.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Dedication to customer service
  • Positive, friendly phone manner
  • Contact centre experience preferred (but not essential)
