Performance & Planning Manager

About The Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Play an integral role improving and managing the performance reporting for the Wealth portfolio
  • Use your analytical expertise and insights to identify key trends and insights for the different product sets
  • Provide support and know-how to assist the Product Managers, Operations and Distribution teams
  • Ensure the Wealth business is provided with timely and accurate reports that enable stakeholders to better manage their business
  • Support and contribute towards customer focused BU priorities, including marketing campaigns or regulatory data requests
  • Proactively foster and influence key stakeholder relationships across the business by articulating insights through regular contact

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Passionate self-starter with a strong focus on best practice, research, analytical skills, and problem solving
  • Motivated with the ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure and manage multiple activities in accordance with delivery requirements and timelines
  • Experience working with banking products
  • Demonstrated MIS experience with prior experience with SAS and SQL
  • Data visualisation tools experience would be highly advantageous
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, primarily in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Goal oriented with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
