Programme Coordinator

About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Provide administrative and programme coordination activities for Tech Area Lead and delivery teams, focusing on customer experience
  • Keep Programme financials up to date including general communications and coding of invoices
  • Generate and provide reporting on relevant operational activities and complete associated administrative tasks
  • Provide general administrative support including organising travel, managing desk space, maintaining organisation charts, etc.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures as required
  • Assist with financial administration, including activities such as processing of invoices, raising Purchase Orders and Timesheet reconciliation
  • Assist with processing of procurement requests (eProcurement and PAP)

Role Location: Wellington Central
Role Type: 12-month fixed-term, full-time opportunity

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Team player, adaptable, flexible, and able to multi task in a pressured environment
  • Highly organised, with strong planning and analytical attributes
  • Excellent attention to detail, with good written and oral communication skills and customer service focus
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience using Microsoft applications, and document management systems
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project is advantageous
  • Personal Assistant, executive assistant or coordination experience especially helpful
