About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to staff and management to achieve operational excellence across the Super Region
  • Collaborate with Senior Business Bankers and Branch Managers as the key stakeholders in delivering the needed key support
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve effectiveness and flow of office activities
  • Manage and deliver small projects for your Region or with the Central Team (e.g. Transaction migration)
  • Analyse and interpret resource planning tools (Verint) to ensure effective resourcing
  • Manage and coordinate casual staff pool resourcing and Super Region adherence to leave policy

Role Location: Christchurch
Role Type: Permanent, full time
Shift: Monday to Friday

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Knowledgeable with the Retail and Business Banking networks and systems
  • Experience in providing support at management levels of an organisation, including sound analytical and intermediate EXCEL skills
  • Working knowledge of ANZ processes and systems including workflow tools such as Verint
  • Strong planning, time management and organisational skills or analysis and decision making
  • Experience in administrating process change and project work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and help peers
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative. Be proactive by taking action and being persistent in addressing issues
  • Able to manage priorities and conflicting demands in a professional manner
