Relationship Manager, Agri


 

  • Our Southern Lending Services team is looking for a truly collaborative Manager  

  • Account Management and/or Recovery and compliance experience 

  • Role is focusing on Agri customers

 
About The Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

 

  • Develop effective retention and exit strategies for Agri customer groups of varying scales from $500k to $20m

  • Build and manage good working relationships with Agri customers to achieve effective outcomes

  • Build and manage good working relationships with advisors and insolvency practitioners

  • Be provided an excellent learning environment to develop or enhance portfolio management skills including in depth analysis and strong strategy setting skills

  • Build good working relationships across risk and develop skills in building relationships with customers and intermediaries using open and honest dialogue to sell a message

  • Support the Regional Manager and the team in delivering against the Lending Services Strategic Pillars – Customer Experience, Staff Experience, Trusted Advisor and Well Managed

  • Enjoy working with a highly skilled, highly collaborative and enthusiastic team

 

Role Location: Christchurch based with some travel required

Role Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Proven credit skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills     

  • Experience in account management and/or recovery

  • An ability to manage account structures and security

  • Be a good team player
