Relationship Manager, Property Finance


  • Seeking a relationship builder with a good profile and referral network to grow our business

About The Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • To establish and grow profitable relationships with a portfolio of Property Finance customers across the Auckland region
  • Develop and demonstrate knowledge of your customer’s business to support proactive solutions to meet their current and future needs and business objectives
  • Actively promote value add material, workshops, and specialists (internal and external) to customers
  • Commit to the development and growth of a customer portfolio whilst maintaining effective relationships with many existing long term clients
  • Enhance C&A’s profile in the marketplace through networking and demonstrating our point of difference
  • Work collaboratively with various teams within Commercial and Agri and across the wider bank to support your customers’ growth and ongoing success
  • Provide excellent customer service to develop strong relationships and networks
  • Reporting directly to the Regional Manager and supported by an established Relationship Associate, you will join a well-established and supportive team

Role Location: Auckland

Role Type: Permanent 

Working Hours: Standard, with flexibility available


About you 

To grow and be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous banking industry experience or related professional services experience such as property or finance. Alternatively you may have an entrepreneurial streak coupled with financial analysis ability
  • Experience dealing business to business in a professional services environment
  • Enjoy networking to raise your profile and be self-motivated
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets and demonstration of excellent solution selling skills
  • Financial analysis experience advantageous but not essential. You will however have the ability to analyse financial accounts, budgets, and cash-flow requirements
  • Leadership aptitude along with strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Commerce degree or similar, or a CA qualification advantageous
