Senior Marketing Manager, Business Marketing Team

About the role:
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Oversee the Business Marketing content plan and optimisation of the content marketing strategy and its implementation to generate leads for the frontline and value for existing customers
  • Be a key contributor to the success of the Business Banking and the Commercial and Agri businesses through delivery of the Business Marketing strategic marketing plan
  • Be responsible for leveraging, interpreting and utilising customer insights for driving marketing planning and activity across B2B including Start Ups, SMEs, Commercial, Agri and Institutional customers
  • Manage and monitor the  marketing budget and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of marketing projects and initiatives, executed back to the plan
  • Actively build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers to ensure quality work which aligns with objectives
  • Demonstrate customer centricity and the ANZ values, fostering collaboration across teams and business units

Role hours: Standard with plenty of flexibility available
 

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring the following:

  • Extensive experience in marketing or customer strategy roles, with proven large scale B2B, direct and BTL marketing expertise
  • Content marketing experience is essential - able to lead strategy and oversee delivery
  • Experience with marketing automation is preferred
  • Proven marketing skills across a broad range of marketing disciplines with the ability to oversee a broad range of tactical and strategic activities to deliver back to the plan
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, across a spectrum of seniority, in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem solving and numerical skills, including strong ability to interpret customer analytics into action and budget management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) and strong leadership skills and experience 
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or Communications is advantageous
