Settlement Officer

About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure all contract documentation supports the Credit Approval to limit any Operational Financial loss
  • Apply necessary judgement as to documentary evidence to support any conditions of approval
  • Provide transparency in the process and meet Service Level agreements in respect to the remittance of funds
  • Be in charge for the checking of contracts and conditions per month
  • Check contracts are correctly completed
  • Be mentored by your Settlements Manager

Role Location – Newmarket, Auckland
Role Type – Permanent, full-time  
 
About you
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Proven knowledge of Legislation and Securities  
  • Background in credit process and policy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
  • Superior customer service ethic
  • Proven time management skills
