About The Roles
We have several fantastic opportunities available, to suit a range of lifestyles. Step into the world of banking with ANZ, as a member of our Evening or Overnight team!
 
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Identify and resolve complex customers’ requests at first and second point of contact
  • Manage customer complaints and, if necessary, escalate to a team leader in a courteous manner providing all customer information
  • Provide a welcoming, friendly and informative style of customer service
  • Coach customers on ANZ Australia’s vast range of products and services
  • Educate and refer customers to the relevant product portfolios

Role Location: Tory Street Campus, Wellington
Role Type: Permanent full time (rostered)
Hours: Evening and Overnight shifts available
 
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Dedication to customer service
  • Experience in handling complex inbound phone enquiries
  • Positive, friendly phone manner
  • Contact centre experience preferred (but not essential)
