Technology Project Manager


  • Working with multiple agile teams with a focus on delivering value to staff and customers in small increments.

About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Join our innovative Omni-Channel Assisted Channels team working on delivering customer journeys.
  • Help to deliver our roadmap across a range of specialist technology areas with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Work to support the teams in creating clarity on the outcomes they deliver and work with a group of experts who you can trust to deliver what they commit to.
  • Be a 'servant leader' and relentless in breaking down barriers and removing roadblocks that impact your teams ability to deliver.
  • Utilise your proven experience in agile delivery and project management and understand that the real meaning behind this, is the difference you and the solutions you work on will make to our customers and community. The customer experience will be at the heart of everything you do.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • A proven track record as an agile Project Manager with strong previous agile Project Management experience, ideally using scrum.
  • A proven track record of effectively managing project budget and the ability to work towards delivery options while building in quality from the start.
  • Exceptional organisational and analytical abilities with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Well-developed relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders.
  • Benefits oriented – are we achieving the right benefits, on target, advancing towards it and monitoring if we are there yet?
  • Ability to retain a view of the big picture while paying attention to detail.
  • A high level of resilience and a flair for removing roadblocks to ensure the delivery of the project. You are also flexible in your approach when required.
  • A highly collaborative style with ability to work across a diverse range of stakeholders.
