Website Manager

About the role:
As a Website Manager at ANZ you will:

  • Coordinate, facilitate and deliver website and content design activities across a number of projects
  • Actively collaborate across digital, design, product and marketing teams to build relationships
  • Focus on delivering intelligent tweaks, content strategies, larger scale renovations, and innovation on anz.co.nz. ANZ web runs Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle Service Cloud knowledge-base, as well as integrating with digital humans and data feeds
  • Focus on continuously improving customer and staff outcomes, supporting the delivery of value at pace through your decision making
  • Bring our customers’ voice into decision making, and use your experience to deliver successful enhancements aligned with the ANZ Experience Design mission and digital design strategy
  • Be an advocate for solutions based on research and insights and use these insights to deliver sites and content to reflect the same
  • Synthesise multiple sources of information to make sound decisions, keeping the customers at the heart of all decisions

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring the following:

  • Previous experience with Adobe Experience Cloud in a corporate environment  
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web content best practise and experience writing for the web
  • Demonstrated experience with applied Human Centred Design/UX
  • HTML/CSS literacy is essential
  • Adobe Photoshop (Intermediate)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong digital knowledge
  • Commercial business acumen
