About The Role

Support ANZ Technology’s delivery of staff, by optimising the effectiveness of its employee pool through demand and supply management, capability management, proactive resource planning, optimised processes and system management.

In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Provide effective forecasting, recruitment planning and scheduling advice to stakeholders.  Highlight expected impacts and opportunities to support the delivery of technology work.
  • Ensure effective financial management reporting including FTE reconciliation.
  • Manage cost through identification and execution of process, productivity and people efficiency initiatives across funded technology work.
  • Be responsible for finding continuous improvement opportunities and driving efficiencies by providing insights and recommendations.
  • Provide NZ Technology workforce insights, recommendations and solutions.
  • Influence and guide senior management to ensure workforce recommendations are addressed successfully.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Extensive industry experience in workforce management environments
  • Excellent ability to influence, managing people through strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution
  • A background working with large technology development and operational delivery
  • Experience in demand supply management and reporting
  • Well-developed financial and business acumen
  • Experience in an equivalent role within a large financial services business
  • Demonstrated alignment and commitment to the ANZ values
