Reconciliations Admin Officer

About the role 
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare bank reconciliations for all UDC lending and investment bank accounts
  • Ensure that our customers have updated accounts with their correct financial position
  • Improve processes and create time efficiencies
  • Build effective relationships and contribute to the development of a collaborative team and customer focused environment

Role Type - Permanent, full time
Role Location - Auckland
 
About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Degree qualified or prior experience in Finance is advantageous
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Team player who is also motivated to work independently and unsupervised
  • Proven customer focus
  • A positive attitude with a growth mindset
