Business Settlements Officer

About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Liaise with teams in business unit to clarify documentations that need to be actioned
  • Set up complex facility agreements
  • Process complex variations to the respective facilities, ranging from date changes to rate and term changes
  • Prepare deals for payout, and payout deals from other members of the team
  • Be guided on a set of processes and continually improve processes and create time efficiencies

Role Location – Newmarket
Role Type – Two (2) permanent, full-time vacancies

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Experience in loan documentation or a relevant back office documentation experience
  • High accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic legal knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be able to multitask
  • Strong customer focus and a can do attitude
  • Highly organized and can prioritize
