Contact’s Customer group is undertaking a business transformation in the face of a hyper-competitive market, eroding margins and liquid expectations from customers. The rapid (and exciting) change we’re creating means this role will become more challenging over the next 18+ months. We see this as an ideal opportunity to innovate and push ourselves to the next level.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Automation Workstream, You will be utilising your expertise in process change and improvement to understand the current state and design our future processes. You’ll have a flair for seeking out opportunities to improve the way we operate to both improve our customers’ experience and remove costs.

To achieve this you’ll have:

  • strong communication, facilitation and documentation skills
  • a solid background in process optimisation and value creation – and it’s in your DNA!
  • an inquisitive, curious mind that challenges the status quo and works with a pointed focus to identify and help resolve key problems
  • a positive disrupter influence, recognising what’s needed to realise our strategy, driving ideas and initiatives that will deliver value
  • strong data skills and analytical capability which you’ll use to further our cause
  • tonnes of flexibility and motivation to do whatever is required to achieve your goals
  • a good understanding of systems and technology, ideally in automation and optimisation of operations
  • the ability to lead and work with an agile methodology to enable speed of execution
