Office co ordinator - part time

A fabulous design environment and a friendly team. We are looking for our next office co ordinator. A switched on, hands on person dedicated to the client experience. A whizz with numbers, xero and reconciliations. Keeping this small business on track with forecasting and payments. Gst and Ird. Along with basic administrative duties and procurement. Such as pricing in excel ordering, chasing orders and making co ordinated deposit and balance payments. Invoicing for related goods and design time.

We can work round school drop off and pick ups and school holidays.

8 to 16 hrs depending upon your skill level and how busy we get, flexible

Duties

Able to anticipate, organise and juggle. Small business but we get very busy.
