Marketing Activation Lead – Acquisition

The role is critical to accelerating and supporting the delivery of campaigns to our customers. Working within the acquisition team, you will be working closely with the Head of Acquisition, other stakeholders from across the business and agency partners. The purpose of this role is to develop all aspects of the campaign packaging (targeting, customer experience, communications and channel choice etc) are maximised to deliver the optimal outcome for each campaign, and ensuring a seamless and beautiful execution to market.

What you’ll do

  • Develop, co-ordinate, implement and manage mass market (small business & residential) communications as part of Contact’s acquisition (product and promotion) plan.
  • Work with the Head of Acquisition, product designers, data insights and partners to develop marketing plans to maximise success of campaigns and deliver great customer experiences ensuring activity consolidates into a campaign lead approach
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies (ad, design and print) ensuring they meet the strategic fit, quality, accuracy and timing requirements of the targeted campaigns
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders, ensuring a strong GTM discipline is embedded with all campaign activity
  • Ensure that reputation and business risks associated with the marketing communication process are adequately addressed
  • Ensure Contact’s brand guidelines are maintained across all forms of communication

How you’ll be successful

  • Campaign performance measures are set, monitored and achieved/exceeded
  • Customers have an outstanding experience when interacting with our campaign assets and sales journeys (digital)
  • Opportunities for continuous improvement to marketing activation in on-boarding & management of customers

The type of experience you’ll bring to the role

  • 5+ years of hands-on campaign planning, design and execution leadership (GTM)
  • An effective communicator who is able to quickly distil peripheral noise from the genuine needs of what inspires customer action including effective stakeholder management
  • Skilled at translating data sources, insights and technical products into effective activation/s
