The Organisational Development team work in the broader People & Safety (P&S) team, forming “self-managing crews” of collaborators across Contact. We are focussed on delivering excellence in foundational P&S functions and initiatives. Think continuous improvement of P&S, developing enterprise innovation effectiveness and enabling resilience in Contact.
You’ll help to make success inevitable through improving the quality and creativity of organisational development tools and mentorship. You will be part of the go-to-team on assessing leadership and potential, enterprise-wide leadership learning (to make sure our leaders are extraordinary) and co-ordinating the learning management system for organisation wide use. Alongside delivering a flexible engagement measurement system that enables business units to lead action planning and pulse checking, you will also support Contact’s dedication towards inclusion and diversity. Doing things like ensuring we meet our Rainbow Tick commitments (e.g. ensuring organisational policies and mentorship are inclusive, providing training to our people). We also support the business on tricky people stuff like restructure or change initiatives.
You’ll work with others to understand requirements and ensure P&S functions and initiatives are delivered with high quality and with an eye on the clock and the bank account. Excellence in customer engagement and building collaborative relationships that seek and encourage feedback will be your bread and butter, always wanting to be more adaptive and agile than the time before. You’ll interpret and understand analytics, data and processes and use every opportunity to coach people leaders and people specialists in the business units.
