About the opportunity

  • Scheduling of meetings, arranging travel, co-ordinating events for various executive meetings and client activities
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications (via phone, email and other platforms)
  • Handling confidential information with professional discretion
  • Reporting and document preparation
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents as required

About you
 

We are looking for an experienced EA who would like to join a professional, fun and hardworking team with the following experience:

  • Excellent administration background with a passion for working in a busy and varied role with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong MS Office knowledge: Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Experience and confidence working with Partners, clients and other stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to understand professional pressures and remain resilient under these circumstances
  • Comprehensively and successfully manage busy diaries, including arranging meetings, organising team meetings and events, travel and accommodation
  • Perform a degree of inbox management inclusive of screening emails, responding and actioning as required
  • Must be forward thinking and proactive
  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent teaming attributes
  • High attention to detail and consistency of output
  • Effective problem solver, even in the most challenging or difficult situations
