About the opportunity


You will be part of our Business Support Centre (BSC) team based in our offices in Auckland, providing high quality, consistent and efficient administrative support primarily for EY Senior Managers and Associate Directors both locally and virtually across multiple geographies and areas of the business. 

In your role as an Executive Assistant in the Business Support Centre you will:

  • Working from a shared services queue system, you will provide high level support to Executives across the Oceania region.
  • Organise International and Domestic travel and accommodation;
  • Prepare expense claims both data entry and reconciliation;
  • Meeting scheduling and coordination, including logistics such as catering and meeting room reservations;
  • Updating our in-house client relationship management database;
  • Assistance with Event Management logistics;
  • Various adhoc administration duties such as organising company research, payment requisitions or organising business cards;
  • Supporting the training and coaching of new and/or existing team members on the above process as needed.

About you
 

We’re looking for someone with the following experience:

  • A least 2-3 years’ experience in an administration role or experience gained through secretarial services or working in event/marketing or travel administration;
  • Self-driven and motivated to work independently in a virtual environment.
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to multi-task;
  • Effective problem-solving methods;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
  • Be a strong communicator with team members and internal customers;
  • The ability to flex to customer and business needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong team member with an ability to work remotely and flexibly.
