Businesses are being disrupted in the digital age and they need different capabilities to become more innovative, agile, responsive and adaptable to change. The nature of work is evolving rapidly in response to this disruption.
That’s where we come in.
Join our leading Advisory practise and you will join a global network of professionals who are looking to revolutionise the future of work, bring the best of NZ to the world and enable the wellbeing of New Zealanders through cutting edge insights. We are making fundamental changes across various sectors that will have a real impact on everyday kiwis and we want you to be part of the journey.
A key focus of ours is assisting organisations in all sectors and parts of New Zealand to address risk through the delivery of large remediation programmes. Complex legislation in relation to awarding and paying employee leave has led to many New Zealand businesses discovering instances of historic non-compliance which now requires addressing. These projects, typically spanning six to 12 months in duration include: identifying issues; working with management and their legal advisors to determine the most appropriate application of the law to their individual employees; performing large scale data analytics and modelling (with EY’s global team); and undertaking training, communications, and change management. These projects add value to organisations, their employees and the communities they live in and as a result they contribute to building a better working world.
Working as a Risk professional within our Advisory practice you will have access to a broad range of engagements, be involved in helping organisations solve their most complex issues, learn from the best and work for an employer that supports lifelong learning and career development.
